Quality Assurance (QA) is an integral part of any project. We have developed a Comprehensive QA System that provides the customer with all of the necessary information for our applications.
The system presents a full Suite of Reports which are based on mix designs, site visits, works approved and are used to supply Progress Claim Information and QA Reports for submission with the Claims.
Our QA system involves the following:
- A mix is derived using soil test results, client specifications and our previous works in the area.
- The mix is then applied to the desired area using our specialised equipment.
- At the completion of works, a digital ‘Sign-off’ Sheet’ is created, providing the project and client information along with the description of works carried out on site by VHR and accompanying photos. Both the contractor and the client representative will then sign this sheet to show that they have reviewed the works and are in agreement with how it was carried out.
- This sheet is sent to our office for use in the development of application breakdowns, called ‘load sheets’. ‘Load sheets’ are sent to the client with the invoice, providing information on the exact quantities of each material used in the application.
